Brian Ross, Partner; Ross Legal Corp.
Brian Ross is an experienced internet, technology, cannabis, business and intellectual property attorney. Brian has a strong background in commercial transactions, intellectual property, team leadership, data privacy, global legal and regulatory compliance, corporate governance and general legal matters.
Having started his legal career at Baker & Hostetler LLP and Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp LLP, Brian helped establish new precedents in IP caselaw. Next, he moved in-house, serving as General Counsel for Allied Sun Technologies (solar energy), TagWorld (social networking and music discovery, acquired by Viacom), and EdgeCast Networks (content delivery and media services, acquired by Verizon).
In 2016, Brian joined the partnership of Ross Legal Corporation, where he continues to advise fast-moving companies in technology, cannabis and other emerging industries.
Brian received his Juris Doctorate from the UCLA School of Law. He graduated Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa from UCLA, with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science.
